Board Meeting - December 15, 2011
Members present: Larry Healy, Christine Healy, Ronda Shinogle, Sandi Jungweber, Amber Young, Scott Hoyt, Dave Gisvold, & Dave Beltrame.
4:42 PM Meeting called to order by Larry Healy.
Secretary’s Report: Minutes from the November meeting were submitted for review. A motion was made by Scott Hoyt to accept the minutes and a second was made by Amber Young. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: A report was submitted by Christine Healy. A motion was made by Sandi Jungweber to accept the report and a second was made by Scott Hoyt. Motion carried.
President’s Report: Ronda Shinogle reported a menu was needed to be picked for the Print Gallery banquet.
Programs: No report.
Student Involvement: Dave Beltrame reported that the 1st semester at DMACC has been completed. Also would like to try having a portfolio night in April.
Membership Retention: No report.
Bulletin: All reports will go to Amber Young due by the 28th.
Wellness: No report.
Webmaster: up to date.
Print Week Gallery: Thursday, January 19th will be the banquet at the Airport Holiday Inn. Invites will mail out December 28.
Old Business: No report.

Amber Young made a motion to adjourn and a second was made by Dave Gisvold, motion passed.

General Meeting - December 15, 2011
Meeting called to order at 7:30
Amber Young led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Ronda Shinogle thanked Dave Gisvold from Priority Envelope for being the meeting sponsor, and the F.O.E. Women’s Auxiliary for the Lasagna dinner. Then introduced Tina Berg-Boldt from GATC for the program on the ten 2012 business resolutions.
Meeting adjourned at 8:20
